HERNDON, VA – February 15, 2006 — VARCom

firm, announced today that it was named Small Business
of the Year for 2005 by the Herndon Dulles Chamber of
Commerce. The award was granted at the Chamber’s annual
awards gala on February 6.

Directors, where he serves as VP of Marketing. He is
founder and chairman of Congressman Wolf’s Hispanic
Advisory Group and also is a founding member of the
Hispanic Business Leaders Forum.”
